Before returning any items, please contact us for directions or instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a return authority.
Returns of physical goods is accepted if the goods arrive back with us in unused new condition. You are though still responsible for the cost of transportation from us to you as well as the cost of returning the goods.
A restocking fee of AUD$12 or fifteen percent (which ever is the greater) will be applied to the cost of sale (deducted from refund).
Before purchasing a computer application, make sure it suits your purpose and the device on which it is to be used. A computer application is sold on the same basis as a physical book, that is: it is for use by one person in one physical location in the same manner a physical book is used.
There is no warranty for fitness of purpose and a purchase is made on an as is basis and is final. You are able to try the application in a limited manner without payment. If you have doubts as to the fitness of purpose you should first take advantage of the free trial system we offer.
In any event, should for any reason we decide to offer a refund, it would be at our own discretion and would not be refunded unless you provide proof of purchase of that item and if the item has been registered you complete the de-registration process to terminate use of the application.
As with a book being unpacked and put back into stock, with an application we need to correct records, release the serial number and place it back as an available item, therefore a restocking fee of AUD$12 or fifteen percent (which ever is the greater) will be applied to the cost of sale (deducted from refund).
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) provides the following principles for a refund policy:
“We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase – for example, "your receipt.” For digital products, you will also need your time of purchase email address.
If you have requested a refund and we have declined, you have alternate avenues of complaint through the payment gateway providers (Australia Post's SecurePay and PayPal).
Your privacy is respected here. Our site uses "cookies" which are temporary files based on your computer to keep track of log-in times and alike based on your I.P. address.
We do not store your name or other details unless you create an account and provide this information. We do not give, sell or other wise pass on this information unless required to do so by law.
